What does a consulting engagement look like?
A fixed scope, usually one to four weeks: interviews and access to the relevant systems, analysis, then a written report with costed options and a recommendation, presented to your team.
Can you design the architecture for a new system?
Yes. We define the target software and systems architecture — components, data flows, integrations, hosting and security — document it with diagrams and decision records, and plan the path to get there.
Do you also do market research?
As part of product discovery, yes: we scan the market and competitors, interview potential users and test a prototype with them. Large quantitative market studies are a job for specialised research firms; we focus on validating the product and its technical feasibility.
Do we have to hire you to build the result?
No. The report, the architecture and the prototype are yours. You can build with us, with your own team or with another supplier.
Can you review a system before we buy it or invest?
Yes. We carry out technical due diligence — architecture, code quality, security, scalability, team and running costs — summarised in a clear risk report.
