Privacy Policy

CYBERMECH SYSTEMS SUARL is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data with care and responsibility. This Privacy Policy informs you about the type, scope, and purpose of the data we collect and process when you use our website. Personal data refers to any information that can be linked to you as an individual — such as your name, address, email address, or user behavior.

Controller of data processing

The entity responsible for data processing on this website is: CYBERMECH SYSTEMS SUARL, Espace Tunis, Bloc H, Bureau H3-1, 1073 Tunis Montplaisir, Tunisia — privacy@cybermech.systems.

Collection and processing of personal data

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us or interact with our services. This may include:

  • Your contact details (e.g., name, email address, phone number and company) when you use our contact form or email us
  • Technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type, device, operating system, pages visited) processed by our hosting infrastructure
  • Usage data (e.g., pages viewed, interactions) — only where analytics are enabled as described below

Purpose of data processing

  • To respond to contact requests and provide communication
  • To fulfill service obligations and prepare or execute contracts
  • To process job applications
  • To verify internship certificates issued by us
  • To analyze usage patterns and improve website functionality and user experience
  • To keep the website secure and prevent abuse
  • To comply with legal, accounting, and operational requirements

Legal basis for processing

  • Your voluntary and explicit consent (e.g., optional analytics cookies)
  • Pre-contractual or contractual necessity (e.g., answering project inquiries)
  • Our legitimate interest in improving and securing our services
  • Compliance with legal obligations

Cookies, local storage and analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics, where enabled, loads only after your analytics consent and provides visitor, page and performance statistics. Certificate verification pages are excluded.

We only store what is necessary for the website to work — for example your colour-theme preference and your cookie choice. Optional analytics are only activated after you give consent through our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Where we use privacy-friendly analytics that work without cookies, we collect only aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.

For full details, please refer to our Cookie Policy.

Contact form, email and WhatsApp

When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile protects contact and partner forms. It processes technical browser and network signals to distinguish legitimate requests from automated abuse; we send its verification token to Cloudflare, not your form message. Security alerts record the route, rejection category and count without form contents or certificate tokens. Hosting and firewall services may separately process IP addresses and request metadata.

Information you send us through the contact form, by email or via WhatsApp is used exclusively to handle your request. If you contact us via WhatsApp, the provider (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms) processes your data according to its own privacy policy.

Certificate verification

When you open a certificate verification link, the verification token is sent directly from your browser to our secure verification service to confirm the certificate's authenticity. The token is removed from the address bar immediately. Certificate details are not stored by this website or sent to analytics. Verification links may appear in hosting access logs.

Sharing of data with third parties

We only share your data when necessary for:

  • Technical operation and hosting of the website
  • Legal compliance or regulatory obligations
  • Explicit consent provided by you

We do not sell or rent your personal data. All partners are bound by data protection obligations.

Data retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to meet legal obligations. After that, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your data where no legal reason for retention exists
  • Restrict or object to the processing of your data
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw your consent at any time (with future effect)
  • Lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@cybermech.systems.

Data transfers to third countries

If we transfer data outside your country or region, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, encryption, or hosting within secure regions).

Data security

We use state-of-the-art technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS/HSTS), strict security headers and access controls — to protect your data from unauthorized access, manipulation, loss, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal changes or new features. Please review it regularly. The current version always applies.
